Default LS7 clutch for LS1/LS2 cars

There is a post on the LS2 Engine section describing the new LS7 clutch. It compares pictures of the new clutch, pressure plate and flywheel Vs. the old ZO6 stuff.

I assume you can bolt up a LS7 clutch, pressure plate and flywheel directly to a LS1/LS2 block and old M6 tranny.

Is this correct?

You need the LS2 flywheel to bolt it up to any LS1/6 block.

Thats the LS2, the 7 is the new Z06.

I am curious as to where Mas280 (I think thats it) purchased the clutch/PP and LS2 flywheel.

Don't know but I've seen Beans saying they have the parts in stock. I'll bet SDPC has 'em too.
