Default Another tranny problem

Today when i was on my way to the mall i shifted into third and it just grinded, didn't go anywhere. So i pulled over and decided to drive it home and just get my truck, well i'll shift into gear but it just won't go anywhere under acceleration thats harder than gradual, it just grinds and skips. Does anyone know wht it could be? I'm hoping its nothing major....

Can you let the clutch out easy and it starts to roll? but when you give it gas it starts to grind and skip? If so you probably broke the ring around the springs on your clutch disk. I did it a couple of times so I know. Time for a new clutch something other than a z06 also because I broke those also.

Sounds exactly like it, i can get into every gear and accelerate very slowly yet when i give it a little gas (other than gradually pressing it), it grinds and skips. So its my clutch? And a spec stage 3 will suffice right?
