RAM Clutch Disc??

RAM Clutch Disc?? Pulled my transmission out because The clutch would not disengage couldnt start the car in gear and couldnt put it into gear once started. One of the springs around the disc had came out and is meshed with one of the others and 2 of the other springs are real loose the center section is bent. Will ram warranty this?? Its been in my car maybe 6 months.
