Called Ram today and they recomended the powergrip to me, not the HD??

Told them the car was making about 400 rwhp, and would see alot of track

The recomended the regular powergrip to me also with a projected 450rwhp-daily driver and strip terror. I called up TSP and they recomended the powergrip HD-they said they have had alot of success with them-so I got the HD. Give them a call and ask them.

I'm running a Ram 910 and have 440rwhp and plan to hit it with a 150NX shot. Pedal effort is a little heavier than stock. I got my parts from TSP.. talked to Jason what I was going to do... and that was his feedback.

I love it... no problems with it at all. 3 days of hard driving 80 minute road race sessions at the track and about 10 passes at the strip. Haven't smelled clutch. mid 11's@124mph n/a so far.

I would buy it again...

You could also put an LS2 flywheel on the car and run a Z07 clutch (500hp rating) for a cheaper solution. Fred Bean Chevy sells parts at near cost.

i ran the powergrip for about 400 miles, and it staryed to slip. we took it out and the pressure plate had around 400-500 heat fractures in it. car makes 430rwhp and i had only dumped the clutch once. not track runs......get and HD. i have it now, and it was a pain in the *** to learn at first but now its pretty smoothe. the HD is a bad *** clutch. grabs pretty hard. its fun!
