Question LS7 Clutch in '01 SS

Clutch is having problems going in and out of gear when rpm's are rev'd to high when launching(must keep it under 2500). Also the point of engagement on the pedal varies everytime I launch(1000-2000rpm). Not being to familiar with clutches I am assuming that the clutch is going out. I want to replace it with the new LS7 clutch, I need to know all the parts I will need and their numbers. Any help on this will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

FYI... Clutches do not "go out" Clutches are similar to a brake pad. It just wears down to a point when it will no longer hold in place between the flyhweel and the pressure plate. I suggest to you to check your clutch hydraulic componets. Seems to me they are not operating properly not releasing the clutch fully hence you shifting problem. Worst case scenario your tran has syncro problems.
