I'm thinking of getting a Spec-III-F .So i would like to know my self before i spend 600.00 I have the Spec III ceramic in mine right now and i had it to weld its self to the flywheel before because of low engagement on the master cylinder now with a adjustable master cylinder I've had no issues at all with it ,but now it worn out so its time to replace it.

Avoid spec like the plague. Their clutches are junk. The 3's have a very short life, the 4f's weld themselves to the flyweel (i've done it 5 times now).
They gave me a 5 but the pressure plate died on that one. Just pure junk.

Zombie, I'm sorry about your experience with Spec. When you mention the 4F, do you mean the 3F? When I have been asked about the 3F, I either recommend a 3 or a 5. The new stage 3+(revised 3F) supposedly has resolved those issues but I don't have enough experience with them for me to suggest this clutch.
