disengaging problems

Default disengaging problems

i just bought a dual friction center-force clutch and i have bled and bled my clutch but the clutch still will not disengauge

i have a 2000 ss camaro with the ls1 and 6 speed

I'm not too familiar with center force, but you most likely need to shim your slave or get an adjustable master cylinder. Has your flywheel been resufaced?

i had the same problems with my spec about 13k miles later. but she burnt up on me a lil bit. i took the expensive route (new stage 3, new flywheel, new mcleod adjustable master cylinder, and slave) that ran me about 1150 with shipping. but Ill never have to mess with it again!!! and the stage 3 is good for 680 hp, lol. ill never push that much hp. my parts should be in wednesday

How much was taken off of your flywheel?
