Difference between 98 and 99 wiring?

Difference between 98 and 99 wiring? I'm getting ready to convert a 98 six speed to my auto out of my 99. I'm putting his 6 speed in my 99 also. Isn't the wiring a little different between the two years? Anything I should look out for?
