Default Trouble with new clutch install need help

well i just did an m6 to an a4 conversion and for some reason i cant get the damn clutch to work. I attempted bleeding it myself with no luck so i payed some mechanics to do it. The told me i needed a new master so i bought one and they bled it but still had no luck. Does anybody know what else could cause this to happen? could i have installed something wrong? i dont want to pull the tranny if i dont have to but i think chances are im gonna have to. Any idea would be greatly appreciated

did you bench bleed the slave and the master?
You have to turn the master upside down and bleed it to get all the air out of it. At least i had to.
