Help ASAP DO I USE THE Energy Suspension Tranny Mount Preload Plate Ok, I just picked up my ES tranny mount and have been reading a lot of posts here about it. My question is should i use the preload plate that came with the mount or leave it out? I've read one post on here and he said not to use it...what do I do?

I'm happy with mine. I saw this link and grinded the bumps off as is described in the write-up. Hope this helps.

thanks for the link thats the one i saw....i threw the mount in there preload plate, bumps and all. seems to be working good so far but definitely more road noise and a lot of vibration when under heavy acceleration...i dont mind that at all though, am i running any risk having it installed iwith the preload plate and the bumps, i know in the package it said it must be used????
