Grinding 2nd gear

Default Grinding 2nd gear
Every once in a while when I shift into second it will grind. It seems to mainly happen when I'm racing and at high rpm. I've hear it's possibly the syncro's for second gear..... any ideas?

what year is the car? have you upgraded the hydralics?

It's a 99 SS m6 and no I haven't done anything to the transmission.

mine dose the exact same thing and i have 02 hydros and a spec stage 2 clutch and billit flywheel.
