Default Good long lasting clutch for daily driving/occasional race..?

I am looking for a good clutch that won't break the bank, that is gonna last me quite a while. The car is my daily driver, I rarely, I mean rarely, go to the track, so it won't go through many hard launches at all. I am just looking for something reliable! It seems like everything I read on here says the top name brands only last 5-10k miles and that is rediculous!

Thanks for the help
-Stephen

I might add my car only has Bassani cat-back and 3.73 gears. Eventually it will get more bolt ons but the car payment outweighs the mod fund right now.

Textralia, I've read about them, but price seems quite high.

He has a 2002, so he already has the LS6 clutch. I take it it is not holding up for you?

I'd personally look at the Luk Pro Gold, RPS, or either Textrailia (their latest release sounds right up your alley).

Expensive? Yes. Everything in this game is. But you usually get what you pay for. Many people never outgrow the LS6 clutch, but they feel they really NEED a high performance clutch. The LS6 unit holds a good deal of power (even upwards of heads/cam on STREET tires, and not beat to death). With your mods, you might need to reevaluate your needs.

Aftermarket clutches usually don't last as long as stock clutches so I would stick with the ls6 clutch. I know that when mine finally goes out I'll be getting an ls7 clutch.
