Not sure exactlly but I think it is about 50 lbs lighter for the TH350. Mine is way lighter than the M6 it replaced.

T56 is 120lbs less oil and clutch. I cant see an auto, filled with oil being a weight advantage over a manual set up.

120 Lbs for Trans
52 LBS clutch and FW
8 LBS bell housing
~10 lbs Hydrolics

190 LBS

My TH350 is WAY lighter.

The exact weight with bolts on the T56 is 124lbs without cluch but includes slave cylinder. The clutch weights 18lbs (SPEC stage 3) and the bellhousing weights about 12lbs. Hope this helps.

I've heard before that an auto setup can weight less.

What is the weight of the stock clutch?

Anyways, there is more than one reason to go auto! [and it isn't lazyness]

Calculate converter, flexplate, tranny cooler, cooler lines and a lot of fluid on top of A4 weight if you want to think weight saving aspects of it... overall it may or may not weight less
