Default ls7 clutch catch point question

well i put the clutch in, seems really nice jsut catches very low. i was reading on here i think a while back (cant find the post now) about the clutch grabbing low for most at first then after break in it tends to get back towards the middle. just wondering if this was the case and i read it right. ive beld the clutch a few times and strait fluid comes out i just wanna make sure this is ok, dont wanna go through another clutch.
