Definately worth the money. It's has a more solid feel than the stocker for sure. The stocker has somewhat of a disconnected feeling from the car.

I say $140 for a used piece is too much. The only difference really is for the new stuff you'll have to pay shipping. If you can confirm that it's new then you can save yourself a couple dollars in shipping. If not I'd get the new stuff. That way you know for sure. JMHO
