Default Is it possible to run a LS7 clutch on a LT1?

I have a friend with a 96 LT1 firebird, and hes been spraying it for a while, and now hes in the market for a new clutch. I was wondering if it was possible to put in a LS7 clutch in it?

What are the differences between an LS1 style and LT1 style clutch? Does it all have to do with the flywheel?

Default

flywheel, throwout bearing, push/pull design, etc... too many differences to make it worth it.

Tell him to get a Street Twin for the LT1.
