Default What clutch recommended?

Im kind of confused over which clutch to get. I was thinking about a SPEC 3 or a ram unit. I dont want to pay too much but want something of good quality that will hold up to 425 wrhp , any suggestions ?

Spec 3 will work for that. I am currently at 420+ with no issues. It still grabs like a schoolgirl on first date after 17,000 miles!

McLeod Twin Disk... I don't think I'll ever put anything else in my car. I fragged a McLeod Single, and a RAM Powergrip HD, both on hard launches at the track. I've beaten the snot out of my Twin Disk and it still grabs like a **** and is surprisingly easier to drive on the street than those other two clutches I had.

It is pricey, but it is well worth the money.

I recommend SPec so long as you are a good driver.....my stage 3 grabs hard after 40000 miles of burnouts and nitrous launches with no problems.1 rule of thumb...if you slip the clutch hard alot at the track it wont last.Thats the only thing they say about Specs.

My son just installed a spec 3 in his 400 rwhp TA, and 2500 miles later the spec is scrap. The Exedy twin is going in next, I'll report on it later.

that is my main problem i am a h/c car with 150 shot on a slick.... went through a spec stage 3 already in 2000 miles...

not to many people have ran the exedy twin as its a new clutch. the mcloud twin is great, but pricy. you get what you pay for.
