The Vette ZFs were unique to the Vettes. They have a bolt pattern unlike anything else on earth so they require using the magnesium Vette ZF bellhousing. That in turn requires the Vette Dual Mass flywheel and hi$$$ clutch. The slave cyl points to the rear on the Vettes and is mounted somewhat high so it usually causes floor interference in anything but a Vette. They also have no provision for a trans mount since Vettes have backbone beams and no crossmembers, All this stuff is "workable" but they are also VERY expensive trannys to get parts for and the ZF company doesnt like to sell parts, only whole transmissions. They are the same torque rating as a T56 so theres nothing to be gained with one. JMO. YMMV.......... Bill
