Default Please someone help??

For a while now, everytime my car is cold and i try to shift quickly, i always grind the gears till the car warms up, then it shifts alot better but still grinds sometimes, now the other night coming home, i hear this constant noise of metal to metal scraping. Its really hard to get it into any gear for a while, then all of a sudden it gets easy again... is this a clutch problem or something inside of the tranny. Please help!! i just spent 1300 dollars in repairs and i cant drive my car till i get this fixed, im tryin to spend the least amount of money possible on this, thanks in advance to all your help...

My rebuilds start at $850.00 with free shipping. The free shipping is worth $120.00. My $850.00 rebuild includes billet keys for 3-4 and 5-6 slider, bronze fork pads, new 1-2 slider, new 3-4 slider, carbon blocker rings and steel 3-4 fork. I have a full 1 year warranty with the rebuild as well. I think $850.00 would get you the rebuild you need and be able to drive it like you want. I shift at 7200rpm with the same parts I use in my car. Let me know.
