Lately when I've been driving the camaro when I shift gears it makes a klunk noise. If I get the RPM's up a bit more and shift it smoothly there isn't any noise at all, It's mostly at lower RPM's. Is the problem me or is it the car? I'm not really a lazy shifter but could that be the problem. Or am I just not driving the car right? Thanks

When exactly is it klunking? Sounds like you could have a bad trans mount.

Need more info on exactly when it clunks, what you're doing when it clunks and where the sound comes from. You could be hearing slop from the drivetrain.

It klunks right after I let the clutch out from shifting into a new gear.

mine does it to. I have the ram powergrip HD w/ ram billet flywheel and stock master and slave cylinders. It seems to be getting worse and worse too. the chatter is getting worse also. If you guys are running the ram, have you all called them to see what they have to say??

Check the front mount on your torque arm, mine does the same and i finally found my noise a few days ago. (UMI TA on the way!) The bushing on the front likes to split.
