A Mustang's NightMare

Ok when I first start the car and drive it its ok. But then it starts getting hard to shift. Another thing I notice is that, if I have the car in gear lets say 1st gear for axample. And I step on the clutch pedal all the way to the floor, and rev the engine. It start rolling, like if I was letting go of the clutch.
