yours was more then likely built by tremec. mines an 00 and built by tremec

Borg Warner originally made the T56. Supposedly they were losing money on it, and they sold it to Tremec who moved production to Mexico. I don't know exactly when the sale happened, and there was almost certainly an overlap period with "Borg Warner" still on the castings, due to both parts already in inventory and the need to modify the tooling.
