Exclamation Spec Stage 3+ Just Installed Opinions/Problem?

Hey guys, I need some opinions If these are just normal or maybe problems I need to take it back to the shop for. ALL mods done are in the SIG. I just got my Spec3+ w/ aluminum PP(NEW from Spec), matched with a Fidanza Aluminum FW installed. I also got the slave/master, transmission mount, real main seal, replaced with AC DELCO PARTS (are these good enough?) Got the car back. First impressions, as soon as I turned the ignition it grinded, and goes away immediatley after the car starts. Shifted in first, I noticed the clutch was alot looser than my Old Spec 3, it also seems to be on the floor almost. I gave it gas and stalled. There was less than half an inch of travel before engagement. Tried again gave it more gas and the car just took off, not looking forward to local stop and go. All the gears feels sticky, feels likt the clutch is not disengaging fully. At first the car felt alot lighter with the new light weight parts, until this morning. I was driving to class, I tried to accelerat in fourth, the car seemed sluggish and shaking, it acclerated still but was slow. So far, its the second day with the new clutch, I have sticky gears, shitty street drivability, and shakes when accelerating in 4&5 gears. Any opinions and maybe similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Any SPEC 3+ owners with similar problems? I spent about $2k on the PARTS/LABOR, Please help.
thanks

I also left out the ticking noise coming from the master cylinder area, neutral or moving. It is steady and does not get louder or faster with RPM. What could it be.

The disk might have high spots on it which could make the peddle grab off the floor or they didn't install the metal shim. The Aluminum flywheel needs more revs to get the car moving(I really don't like that aspect) The Vibration is probly a balance problem. The Aluminum flywheels ussually need to be balanced with the clutch assembly.(Another reason I don't like the flywheel).

Im not sure if they installed a shim on the slave or not. Where do you get the shim or does it come with the slave?
