Lightbulb Help me pick a rebuilt T56.

I'm trying to decide whether to go with T56 Rebuilds http://www.t56rebuilds.com/wst_page4.html or Finish Line Transmissions http://www.finishlinetrans.com/trans.../T56Street.htm. If I go with T56 rebuilds, which package, 4A or 4B? How do those packages compare to Finish Line's street performance transmission? I'm trying to decide within the next day or so. If I go with Finish Line Transmissions, I'd like to get in on the January 15% off deal. I know that T56 Rebuilds might be offering a deal on shipping for February, but I can pick it up if I go with them. (My mom lives in Houston.) Thanks for your ideas.

If you pick it up from me you get 15% of the total cost. I also offer a 1 year warranty. Thanks and good luck in your decision.

Joe, what's the diff. between your 4A and 4B packages? I mean, I can read what's on your website, but what's all that translate to? A $125 difference isn't much, but it is, after all, $125. Know what I mean?

4B has Mikronite Finishing on the 1-4 Gears, 1-2 Slider, 3-4 Slider and takes about 4-5 days to complete. 4A does not have the Mikronite Finishing. 4B is the better deal depending on what you are going to do but keep in mind, I do not keep the gears Mikronited in stock. I have them sent out once the order is placed and it usually is back together ready for pickup about 4-5 days after you place your order. Check Out My website for more information on exactly what Mikronite does and how it is better. Thanks and let me know if you need references. I have more than plenty from LS1tech.com.

Thanks,
Joe

Do you do a core fee where I can keep my stock transmission? Or do I need to send it in etc.

You can do it either way. My core charge is $500 but is included in my package 4A and 4B. Give me a call if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
Joe
