Default Clutch Cable

Hey guys,

My clutch when fully engaged makes a grinding/vibration noise and i am told that the cable needs to be adjusted, how do you do this?

I wasn't aware that any of the f-body clutches were cable actuated...I thought they were all hydraulic.

well it is what i have been told to do, but i have no clue if its cable or hydraulic
