Default hope its my shifter

I have a b&m ripper. Its always shifted great and was really tight while in gear. i only noticed it after the spec 3, not sure if thats it. But i can wiggle the shifter while in gear probably a half inch total and it like grabbs as im going into the next gear and is harder to get the gear especially at higher rpm's. messed up shifter or tranny what?

A shifter wear or the socket where it engages the rail. The socket requires an Epoxy to set it in place.

Anyone have a part number for that little white thing that the shifter sets in? I might have to get a new one because my shifter has a little more play in it when it's in gear. It's only until recent that I can wiggle the shifter when it's in gear. Anyone else have this happen? How'd you fix it?
