Default bronze fork pad feedback

Anyone used the bronze fork pads? Any increased noise, vibe through shifter with these?
I've gone through the plastic ones but I think it was the result of a dragging clutch due to a faulty slave but I figured I'd upgrade to bronze this time. Opinions on this?

If they make extra noise and drag, they are made incorrectly.

I put them in every rebuild. I have been using them since December and no, there should be no noise or they are installed improperly. I will never use the plastic ones on a rebuild unless the customer is on a budget and the pads are not in the budget. You can put them on ever fork for $15.00 each and is cheap insurance. I have seen the plastic waste away in less than 2 months and do not recommend using them.

Me too, I think I'll be using the bronze ones this time.
