im haveing my tranny rebuilt and im going to upgrade my clutch. i was thinking about going with the spec stage 3 and i was woundering if i should get the optional aluminum pressure plate or just get the light weight pressure plate? and while im doing this should i replace the slave cylinder i hasda new one put in about a year ago and i didnt know if i should replace it or if it would be ok?

If you put a 01+ slave in a year ago I would just keep that, as far as the flywheel it all depends on how much your looking to spend. I just got my stage 3 in and it says in the directions that a stock flywheel will work just fine if you dont wanna upgrade

I would only do the aluminum if you plan on Auto X and not drag racing...
