I hate the issues that I have with bleeding the clutch and having it stick due to slave or master failure. I would definitely buy one if it ever comes out. That is one reason I enjoy a Mustang.

i enjoy hydrualic clutches abillity to still be quite easy to push the pedal in even w/ a crazy pressure plate. but i have had numerous problems w/ my hydrualics. even w/ all updated ones and the drill mod it still acts up. if it became available, i'd prolly buy a cable clutch set up to eliminate these headaches.

I'd go with a cable just to elimate some of the headaches.

I'd stick to the hydraulic set-up.

i'd go to cable. no more worries about hydrolics failing and when you pop the clutch, you know your not gonna have any issues. it sucks waiting for the clutch pedal to come back up to you

I would do the cable setup. My hydraulic system has been a ******* nightmare. I have driven plenty of cable operated clutches and they arent bad at all. You really need to hit the gym if you cant handle a cable operated clutch.

Definitely go with the cable. I drove my friend's 2004 GT with a King Cobra clutch last time I was home and WOW, it was amazing to actually FEEL the clutch.

its alot harder to push down with anything more then a stock clutch like that though....... but still VERY worth it for use track guys. is one being developed?

I do like the feel of a hydraulic clutch. When I get out of either one of my buddies mustangs, 00 GT and 01 Cobra, I just love how easy mine feels compared to theirs.

On the other hand I hate it when the pedal starts to barely hover off the floor when I am in the middle of a streetrace or going down the track.

I am hoping that when I get the new Textralia installed that my problems will go away....time will tell.

If this doesn't remedy the problem and a cable setup became available then I would definately get one. I mean as much as I like the light pedal feel, I could trade that for a stiffer push and the damn thing actually doing what it's suppose to do.

I won't do either a cable or hydraulic setup. I would like a rod style. Cables break and fluid breaks down and gets air in them.

Smokeum said it before I could. But cable or rod would be the hell out of hydraulics. I don't have a problem with my left leg being more defined than my right. lol

same here, espeically if the trade off is no more dealing with this fluid leaking or getting hot and not working

how about using a lt1 style clutch, hydrolics, and bell housing

from what i understand they dont have near the problems we have with hydrolics...i have no idea why they had to fix something that was not broken in the firstplace

not to mention easy bleeding and slave changes...feckin gm
