Just like the title reads............
How much power can I put through my stock C5 tranny? I have a 2000 C5 with all the bolt ons and its running pretty strong.
I plan on putting 150hp shot on nitrous through it soon and was wondering if it'll handle 10's.

I have the same problem bro.need something to hold 900rwhp with traction. There is a big deal about it on corvetteforum.com but the stock tranny should be good about up to 450rw. You may need a clutch though

What do you mean maintained?
And how much can the stock tranny handle in factory trim? Will it be able to handle 550rwhp and 600rwtq?

Depending on how you drive if the stock keys hold up and you do not break the 3-4 fork I would guess around 450-500rwhp. That is just a guess as most of the ones I see with power levels around 450 start breaking the stock keys.
Well maintained is changing the fluids and making sure the clutch and hydraulics work properly and are replaced when needed.

Well, I'm just gonna run her till she breaks, then I'll have it rebuilt to handle the power.
