Default Clutch installation with headers?

If you have long tube headers, do you have to remove them to do a clutch swap? I've got QTPs, and I can't really tell whether or not they'd prevent the transmission from coming out of the car.

I have Pacesetters with the tsp catted y-pipe and I didn't have to remove the exhaust or the brackets on the rear of the trans. I was able to slide it out with no problems.
