proper way to break in clutch?

Default proper way to break in clutch?

how should u break in a clutch? drive it easy for 500 miles. or drive it pretty easy and just dont be shifting at high rpm's.?

Depends on which clutch but usually its around 500 miles without any WOT or about like 3500 RPM

Alot of stop and go driving. You want the clutch to engage and disengage alot to seat the disc. Don't let the rpm's get over 3,500-4,000 during the break-in time. It's gonna be hard to do it (at least it was for me), but it will be well worth it in the end.

thanks guys. i thought if ya dont shift at high rpm's it would be ok... i took it up to 4500 once to get into traffic. i will start driving like old people **** then... slow and easy!
