Default clutch problem.. wont go in gear!

I have a slight problem. My car wont go into any gear. I think its the adjustable master. I have a cartek clutch with the master and i will have the clutch to the floor and it will start driving.. Not good, thats when it does go into gear. We bled the master and the fluid was black , bled it till it was clear and it worked for about three times then seized up again. Is it more than a bad master? I know i have to do a drill out mod, but i dont think it will help me now.. PLEASE help me, this is my daily driver.

Did you replace the slave cylinder?

Check your fluid again. Is it still clear? Also check for a leak at the master. That o-ring is easy to tear. I had to install mine twice because of that frickin o-ring... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />

the fluid is clear, we bleed and flushed the old stuff, the other stuff was pretty bad. You think it could be the O-ring ? I cant tell if its leaking, i will check it in the morning see if its losing fluid..

six-seven months i suppose.. Dont quote me..It has bein workin fine, first time out to the track with a e.t. street, first run and i cant get into second. I ran a 12.6 at 111mph granny shifting and the other runs it still wasnt going in. I adjusted the rod on the master at the track, i tried everything. Its got to be the master, otherwise the clutch would engage.. wheres nineball or jsears, get some m6 veterans.

Did you adjust the rod out?? I know on mine I had to move the pedal up in order for the car to go into gear. I would give that a try. We also had to get the car up on an angle to bleed the unit, due to the slave already being on an angle. Hope this helps out. thanks..Michael

I have adjusted the rod several times as i posted. I bled it on my lift, not much of an angle, seemed to work fine, heard these cars arent good for bleeding, heard they still get alot of air back in. I will see soon enough what the problem is..
