Default A4 to M6

hey everyone, my buddy has an 01 Z and he wants to go from an A4 to an M6. But he wants an upgraded one that will handle about 600 when hes on spray. So first off, what is every part he needs to convert it? (crossmember, computer, shifter console and shifter) Also how much it will cost for the parts and will it be a hard job?

I would say a 4L80E would be less work wouldn't it?

Can a T56 handle that?

Well i would like a t56 but i was looking at it lately and it would be too much work and money. I would rather do a 4l80e like you said.
