Default 85 Firebird V6 to V8 Conversion w T5 transmission

What parts will I need to convert my t5 hooked up to a 2.8 v6 to a 350 SBC? Are there any parts I can reuse?

The ratios are not going to be the best for your V8. Also the torque rating for the V6 unit is approx. 260lb-ft. You will prolly tear up the trans with the V8. Unless it is just a temp install, I would look for the correct T5.

About 99% sure a 60 degree V6 T5 will not bolt up to an SBC - bolt patterns are different. And as mentioned, the V6 T5's are even weaker than the V8 T5's (which in stock form aren't too brawny).
