m6 slip yoke ?

m6 slip yoke ? will the slip yoke from an a4 fit the m6, can i just take off the drive shaft and change trannies and just slide on the drive shaft back in to the m6 with the a4 yoke?, the reason im askin is cause im converting my a4 to an m6?
