Default Looking for the shift boot bracket

Well it seems my boot itself is fine for my 99 m6, but the bracket was in 3 pieces. Does anyone have, or know where I can purchase a new bracket?

Thanks!

There was one guy on here making the brackets out of metal wire. I think it was for the a4 to m6 crowd. You might wanna search on here for it.

Don't see any mention of anything like that, and I did a search on the forums. Is this a part I can get direct from GM?

Hmmmm yeah I can't seem to find it either. Maybe someone else will chime in here that knows what I'm talking about. Have you checked the dealership to see if they sell the bracket for a reasonable price?

I sent him a PM, hopefully he's still making them. That thing looks way more durable than the plastic one.

That's the dude...I ordered one from him, and I HIGHLY recommend it. It will definitely last the life of your car...that plastic crap broke on mine, and I don't even know how I did it. Great piece, good dude to deal with.
