Default pulling out T56 URGENT!!!

ok so im replacing my horribly damaged T56 with a new one and i dont know how to go about the final steps of removing it. i got all 8 bellhousing bolts out, crossmeber is off, all wires are disconnected, and shifter handle is removed. what do i do about the clutch master/slave? anything thing else i need to do that i havnt listed before i go ahead and start pulling?

All you need to do is push the white sleeve in to remove the line that goes to the slave cly if you haven't already. Some are pretty tight and might need light prying to get it off the engine dowels.

Just pull the trans out far enough to get an open end wrench in about 2"
and remove the two bolts holding the slave to the front of the trans then just slide the trans out. No need to disconnect the hydraulics. Not sure if this is what you're asking but hope this helps.

Please look at the picture below and tell me how you remove the slave and don't have to disconnect the hydraulic line to remove the trans.

Inside the red circle with the arrow point to it is where the line connects to.

I can't wait for your reply.

If you remove the transmission-to-bellhousing bolts, you can slide the trans slightly backwards without disconnecting the hydraulics. Then reach inside and remove the 2 bolts holding the slave to the trans. Then remove the trans and leave the slave attached and hanging under the car.

I thought a few were on the inside, maybe I'm thinking of the automatic. That picture was taken about a month ago the trans is in the car now. I guess that would make getting the top bellhousing to engine bolt out easier.

That's exactly how I do it.

Don't disconnect the hydraulics = don't worry about bleeding the slave.
