Clutch slipping problem at only 8400 miles!!
My 01 WS6 has only 8400 miles and I noticed that the clutch is slipping when I get on it. I thought that the 01's got a better clutch. The max I ever shift is at 5500 rpm and usually around 5000. And I don't powershift. Will gm replace the clutch since it's got so few miles? Are there any TSB's about this problem? Also I just started noticing that when the car is stopped sometimes that it is hard to get it in gear. Could this be related to my clutch problems?

What makes you think it's slipping? Does it slip on the shifts? Or when you're just accelerating?
The 01+ clutch's "should" last longer, but I wouldn't expect to much out of them. Some people get them to last a long time, others die in 5000 miles.

The last couple times I ran it, it felt like the clutch was slipping. The car doesn't seem as responsive either. The engine revs the same but it doesn't have the same pull.
