Default Clutch pad material for spec stage 4?

I was looking at getting a spec stage 4 clutch and was wondering about the pad material options. What's the difference between the kevlar, carbon, and ceramic? Anyone with stage 4 care to give your $.02?

kevlar- less/no chatter... holds less..... can fry it with no warning by overheating
cereamic- chatters when hot.... holds more..... will tell you when your doing something wrong (chatter)

BTW- i had a stage 4 and it took everything i could throw at it without a hiccup
