Default Extra heat protection for clutch line?

Has anybody wrapped the line in heat reflective tape or done anything else to protect the line from the heat any better? I was showing off for some friends last night and after I hit it real hard in 1st gear, my clutch was engaging as soon as it got off the carpet. I don't even think I'd be able to make it down an 1/8 strip w/ how tempermental my clutch is lately

I haven't yet but I'll be installing an LS7 clutch with a SPEC LS2 steel flywheel soon and I plan on doing it then.

I wrapped mine in rubber fuel line followed by alot of aluminum heat reflective tape and tucked it up behind the heatshield. Run DOT IV synthetic and have never had a problem. H/C setup will be 3 yrs old soon.
