Default Clutch engages different at WOT

Just like the title says....Normal driving, its great. It engages about 1/3-1/2 of the way off the floor. BUT when I get on it, and go WOT, the clutch engages literally as soon as I start bring the pedal up. Probably about 1/4 of the way up...There is zero clutch slippage. It grabs great, but its just way too soon...

Im leaning towards changing out the clutch fluid. Ive got almost 49k miles and the fluid is pretty dark. Ive also read about wrapping the fluid lines...

Anyone had this issue, if so what did you do?

Fluid is getting warm and the clutch is not releasing very far from the flywheel. Try some new fluid and a good bleed
