like it says how much you think a ls1 t56 W/O bellhousing weighs?

That would not be correct Daryl ( 70 pounds).The whole box weighs 120 pounds with oil. Subtract 8-10 pounds for a bell.The smaller T5 weighs more than 70 pounds.

Actually when I sent my T-56 out to T56 rebuilds.com it weighed in at 138 lbs dry w/ the bellhousing so subtract about 10lbs off that.

Yeah, mine came up to 128 lbs sans fluid, bellhousing, and shifter.

Yeah, their about 125lbs stock. Mine weighs more, with all the upgrades i have, but i swear it weighs 400lbs when im on the floor fighting it into, and out of the car.

We weight them all of the time without oil and it is 123lbs.
