Grindes going into 4th

Grindes going into 4th For some reason when i drive normal shifting between 15-2000 RPMs it sometimes grindes(once in 50 shifts) when i shift from 1st to 4th. I have a skip shift eliminator but sometimes still shift to 4th from 1st just to try and save gas. Any ideas why i would grind
