Default Shifter shaking violently... Loud knocking...

Tonight while I was driving, I went thru first and chirped second. After I did this, my shifter started shaking violently when I put it into 5th at like 30 mph, and in any gear at under 2000 RPMS. I pulled over and popped the hood. Nothing sounded much different under there. I could also still rev the engine fine with no bogging or knocking. But, there is a loud knocking coming from the dead center of the car that you can hear when standing next to the car, and can really hear when on your knees with your head under the car. I dont know what is wrong, but I was guessing maybe a flywheel bolt or clutch bolt came out, otherwise its gotta be something in the tranny. I'm gonna bring the car to a tranny shop tomorrow and see what they say, but I'm expecting the worst. What do you guys thing?

Thanks
-Scott

You might check your tranny mount and torque arm mounts first.
