options for 450-500rwhp manual trans what trans do you recomnd to run with my sts turbo at 7psi it should put 450rwhp so, what 6 speed manual trans do you guys run with that kind of power, or do you rebuild the stock and upgrade it with better snycrocs and gears...what do you recomend

i just had mine rebuilt by T56Rebuilds.com, rated for 700rwhp. currently i have 455rwhp. i just got my car back wednesday so i havnt had a chance to rip into it yet (500 mile breakin). shifts smooth as hell!

A performance rebuilt T56 as mentioned above will do the trick. I bought one of these rebuilt (form a non-site sponsor) for my rear mount turbo LT1 which dynoed 498 RWHP /579 TQ and have had 0 issues with it, but I also don't race it or do many hard launches. I'd expect the LS1 T56 would be the same.
