Hey my third gear is grinding when i try to put it in, i have bene told its probably the sincro's has anyone every changed them before and can give some help on what i need to do?

Pull the trans & tear it down & inspect.

yeah your 2-3 syncro is probably bad...if you havent done transmissions before have someone do it for you

Duh!

you might also have a slightly bent shift fork. Synchros normally get replaced during a teardown/rebuild as well as blockers.
