skip shift elim from a 99ss to a 05 vette?

Default skip shift elim from a 99ss to a 05 vette?

will it work? i have an extra one here id like to throw in the vette since the ss had it tuned out.

Yes it will work. Be sure you install it in the skip shift solenoid and not the reverse inhibitor solenoid.

whats the reverse inhibitor solenoid?

I believe it's the identical plug near the rear of the trans. The one that acutally looks like it would stop it from going in gear. The one you need is located mid ways up.

Black terminal( on the solenoid AND the harness plug) = reverse solenoid.
Located near the shifter"box" on an Fcar.
White terminal= skip shift solenoid
Located on the main case and near the port covered by a steel plate.
