Default T56 install?

I'm about to put my T56 back in after having it rebuilt. The company that rebuilt it said I should put in a new slave cly and flush the entire hyd system. I've never done this, is there a write up anywhere on how to flush the system? I looked around and couldn't find one. What kind of fluid do I use? Thanks

Dot3 brake fluid will work fine for the hydraulic fluid. You will have to install it all or either bench bleed it. It will take 2 people to get it done right. Install it, and then crack the bleeder valve on the slave. What clutch are you planning on running in this setup?

I don't know if the installuniversity.com has a write-up on it. You could check though. There is a heads/Cam install on there so it does get technical in places. Clutches/transmissions are a cakewalk though if you can give yourself enough room/time to install it.

Nick,

Once you are ready to install it call me and I can have you talk to Joe. He can tell you what to do but bench bleed it is better. The slave already comes bleed so you could do it now with the old setup on the car if you have someone to help. Call me if you need Joe to help.

Thanks,
Amber
