Default Quick Help...Is this a factory hurst or stock shifter?

I bought this off of someone on this board and he insists it is a factory hurst. It looks nothing like the pictures of the factory hursts I have been searching for all day. Please let me know what you think. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Andy
